In 2007, I left my job as an IT Support Engineer, and became an apprentice furniture maker (informally) with a very generous and talented furniture maker in the UK called Jonathan Shaw. I spent 3 years with him and learned an enormous amount, and will forever be in debt to him for that.
Not much has happened since 2011, when I moved to Tasmania. I am trying to gradually build up usable workareas and collections of tools for woodworking, metalworking and electronics tinkering.
